The Chamber Orchestra of Barrington at St. John’s will present Aaron Copland’s “Fanfare for the Common Man,” Charles Ives’ Symphony No. 3, Mozart’s Symphony No. 41 in C Major, the “Jupiter,” and R.I. composer Paul Nelson’s “William Street Blues,” commissioned for featured soloist Chris Turner by the R.I. Philharmonic Orchestra. Turner is a world class harmonica virtuoso. Concert-goers are asked to bring a canned food item.
