Baseball fans looking for something fun to do may want to check out a virtual baseball tournament featuring Rhode Island high school baseball teams.
The tournament features bracket-style play with 16 teams from the Ocean State, including a regional showdown between Barrington High School and East Providence.
With time running down, Barrington held an edge over the Townies.
The first round games are:
8 NK vs. 9 CW
7 EP vs. 10 Barrington
6 Cumberland vs. 11 Lincoln
5 East Greenwich vs. 12 St. Rays
4 Portsmouth vs. 13 Rogers
2 Hendricken vs. 15 MSC
1 LaSalle vs. 16 Chariho
