Bristol police officers made two arrests from Feb. 8 to 14 — one for disorderly conduct and one for leaving the scene of an accident.

Monday, Feb. 8

Officers responded to Roma Street at 7:18 a.m., where neighbors were arguing over parking.

A Third Street resident reported breaking-and-entering to the camper.

A resident on Byfield Street reported a black minivan in the area with someone taking pictures of houses at 1:45 p.m.

A Goulart Avenue resident complained of fraud at 4:52 p.m.

Officers were called back to Roma Street at 5:15 p.m. for an ongoing neighbor dispute.

Tuesday, Feb. 9

An officer spoke to the driver of a vehicle that was operating recklessly in Colt State Park, near the Poppasquash Road entrance.

Wednesday, Feb. 10

Officers were called to San Jose Drive at 5:28 p.m. for a verbal dispute involving family members. Corbey Pontes, 36, of 24 San Jose Drive, Apt. 1, Bristol, was taken to the station and charged with domestic disorderly conduct. He was arraigned at the station and released.

A resident on Albion Street reported a fraudulent transaction involving the sale of a bag.

Thursday, Feb. 11

Officers responded to a Union Street residence, where a man was reportedly yelling in the hallway at 4:41 p.m.

An officer spoke to a motorist who was stopped for driving recklessly on Metacom Avenue near San Francisco Street at 5:31 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 12

A caller from Gray Street reported that someone may have shot the read window of his residence with a BB gun.

Saturday, Feb. 12

An officer dispersed people from the Mt. Hope boat ramp area off Annawamscutt Drive at 12:28 a.m.

A resident on Griswold Avenue reported unemployment fraud; the report was also filed with state police.

An officer spoke to residents on Wilson Street after a neighbor complained they were being loud and banging at 8:11 p.m.

Officers investigated a complaint about a large party on Prospect Street at 9:11 p.m. They did not find anything.

Sunday, Feb. 14

Police officers and rescuers responded to the Mt. Hope Bridge at 8:01 a.m. for a man who was walking across the bridge. He was later taken to Rhode Island Hospital.

Paul Perry, 32, of 15 Alma Ave., Bristol, was charged with failure to stop after an accident with damage to another vehicle.
