Monday, Jan. 20

Police investigated a report of a child assaulting their mother on Greenway Drive at 5:02 p.m.

Jean P. Hernandez, 36, 186 Mt. Hope Ave., Apt. 2, was charged with domestic violence- simple assault and/or battery and domestic violence- disorderly conduct at 9:17 p.m. after a third party called to report a man and woman arguing on Mt. Hope Ave.

Tuesday, Jan. 21

Police investigated a narcotics complaint on Chestnut Street at 11:07 a.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 22

Police investigated an erratic driver on Broadcommon Road at 6:15 a.m.

Police checked for homeless loitering/ a possible hole in a fence on Metacom Ave at 11:45 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 23

Police were called to a Mulberry Ave. residence at 6:55 p.m. to render assistance with a package that was delivered to the wrong address.

Police investigated a complaint of suspicious activity on Hope Street at 9:51 p.m.

Police responded to Catherine St. at 7:47 p.m. for the removal of an unwanted male.

Friday, Jan. 24

A case of fraud was reported on River Street at 7:34 a.m.

Police responded to Asylum Road at 5:15 after a report of an injured Canadian goose. The goose was taken to a wildlife rehabilitator.

A liquor law violation was reported on Wood Street at 6:49 p.m. after a fake ID was seized.

Saturday, Jan. 25

A case of identity fraud was investigated on Tupelo Street at 8:49 a.m.

Police investigated a report of a man dressed in all black sitting on a bench on Wood Street with a bottle of vodka in his hand yelling at residents at 1:59 p.m.
