Barrington Police responded to two trespassing incidents in town last weekend.

At about 9:45 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9, officers responded to the Zion Bible College property for a report of people trespassing. Police located a Lexus parked outside the gate and later found four individuals leaving the property. The individuals told police they had seen a post about the property on TikTok and were curious. Police issued no trespass orders to all four people, who were from Cranston and North Kingstown. The subjects were 17 and 18 years old.

At about 11 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10, Barrington Police responded to the RISD Tillinghast Farm property for a report of individuals trespassing. Police said there was a large group of people who appeared to be having a party on the property. Police said the individuals fled when officers arrived. Police later located a man standing near the Nayatt Road entrance to the RISD property — police said he appeared to be intoxicated. Barrington Police issued the New York City man a summons.
