Barrington cross country teams place at New England Championships

Myles Napolitano leads the boys team, while Evelyn Lefort paces the girls team

The Barrington High School cross country teams competed in their respective New England championships earlier this month. 

The BHS boys team finished 18th, while the girls team finished 24th. 

Myles Napolitano paced the Barrington boys team, crossing the line in 26th place. Connor Curran finished second for Barrington and 136th overall, and Colby Napolitano finished third for the Eagles and 154th overall. Daniel Chun finished 175th, followed by Shea Parish at 188th, Fritz Müehlbauer at 190th, and Michael Chun at 202nd. 

Evelyn Lefort led the Barrington High School girls team at regionals. Lefort finished first for Barrington and 73rd overall. Scarlett Wasinowicz finished second for the Eagles and 154th overall, followed by Sara Chang in 156th place, Indie Lamb in 197th, Mia He in 211th, Maeve Kelly in 215th, and Estelle Mentzer in 233rd.
