Eagles will face Portsmouth in Division II finals on Sunday

The Barrington High School boys basketball team defeated Shea High School 89-66 in the Division II semifinals on Friday night at Rhode Island College. 

The Eagles will play against Portsmouth in the Division II  Championship game on Sunday, March 8, at noon at CCRI-Warwick. 

Barrington entered the postseason as the number two seed in the Division II playoffs, while Portsmouth entered as the number one seed.

Barrington and Portsmouth met for a showdown in the regular season, with the Patriots capturing a three-point win over the Eagles.
