Barbara May (Alger) Dallaire of Warren, RI, died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2021 at Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI.

Born in Fall River, MA, she was the daughter of the late William and Rita (Laforge) Alger.

Mrs. Dallaire had worked as a bookkeeper for “The Bay Queen” for 15 years, retiring in 2006. She was a communicant of St. Mary of the Bay Church in Warren. Mrs. Dallaire enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved going to the beach and spending time with her family in Vermont. She was an avid card player.

She is survived by two sons, Steven Dallaire and his wife Paula of Warren, RI, and Ronald Dallaire of Holly Springs, NC; a brother, William Alger of Warren, RI; a sister, Cathy Turner of South Newfane, VT; five grandchildren, Thomas Hill, Ashley Bourgeois Fuller, Steven Dallaire, Kayla Amaral and Summer Dallaire; and four great-grandchildren, Paisley, Zoey, Ainsley and Aven. She was also the sister of the late Nancy Tanner.

Funeral services and burial will be private. Calling hours are omitted.
