The third annual Audrain Newport Concours & Motor Week welcomes the world’s most exclusive auto brands and car collections back to Aquidneck Island for four days of special events, seminars, gatherings and more. It takes place this weekend, from Thursday, Sept. 29, to Sunday, Oct. 2.

During the days there will be fine dining pop-ups, exhibitions of rare and exciting automobiles, seminars, and car displays along the Newport coast. Then, once the sun goes down, the festival features exclusive cocktail hours, dinners, the annual gala and various VIP parties hosted in the Gatsby-esque mansions that populate America’s original luxury capital.

Events include:

  • Audrain Newport Concours D'Elegance, with more than 100 cars from various decades across various classes all competing for the coveted Best of Show trophy; Sunday at The Breakers.
  • The Gathering: A One-Day Lawn Party; Friday at Rough Point.
  • Tour D'Elegance: The scenic drive for all cars that are participating in the Audrain Newport Concours d’Elegance. It begins Saturday morning at Scarborough Beach in Narraganset, then winds through downtown Jamestown with a stop at Beavertail State Park. The tour will proceed through Aquidneck Island, stopping for coffee and photos at Fort Adams State Park overlooking the harbor and Newport Bridge, continuing with a scenic drive along historic Ocean Drive and the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean. The tour ends on Bellevue Avenue with all cars parking together on the closed street for the public to view and interact with drivers and owners.
  • Cars and Coffee: Saturay at Ft. Adams State Park.
