Concerts at the Point will present the Attacca Quartet in concert this Sunday. The Attacca Quartet is now in its fifteenth season, and has become one of America’s premiere young performing ensembles. They were formed at the Juilliard School in 2003, and made their professional debut in 2007 as part of the Artists International Winners Series in Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall. The program will include the first and the last of Beethoven’s string quartets. In between, they will play Entr'acte, a composition by Caroline Shaw, the youngest composer to receive the Pulitzer Prize at age 30 in 2013.
