A partial lighting of Waterfire is Saturday night

Waterfire Providence will host a partial lighting on Saturday, Sept. 2, supported by the Providence Tourism Council. The lighting will be located from Waterplace Park to Steeple Street. The lighting will begin at 7:17 p.m. and the fires will burn until 11 p.m.

There will be WaterFire Merchandise and Ambassador stations on both sides of the basin in Waterplace Park. Enjoy local food from festival favorites like Pam’s Grill on the Go, and Matilda Empanadas on Finance Way.
