3rd Annual Twice as Nice Silent Auction: Give to RIMOSA & Yourself!

Posted

As we embark on this year’s holiday season the Rhode Island Museum of Science and Art (RIMOSA) is thrilled to announce that the 3rd Annual Twice as Nice Silent Auction: Give to RIMOSA and Yourself! will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021, thru Wednesday, November 24, 2021.

Thanks to the multitude of local organizations, restaurants, businesses, and donors, there are plenty of fabulous items up for auction. Items such as a local beer crate with beers from local breweries as Shaidzon and Whalers, a trip for 4 to Porto, Portugal, Tennessee Whiskey Tour admission to museums like MASS MoCA, Norman Rockwell and the ICABoston, merchandise and gift certificates to local restaurants and businesses such as Trader Joes, Cardies Furniture, and even Taylor Swift herself. Local artist, Meredith Stern has graciously donated a print of hers.

One hundred percent (100%) of the funds raised through this event support RIMOSA’s main mission of “Kindling Curiosity and Encouraging Experimentation” by creating hands-on and minds-on exhibits/experiences that offer opportunities for open-ended experimentation and creative problem solving that transforms Rhode Island into a leader in innovation for generations to come.

He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
