I suppose this could come down to manners. You just don't walk through someones yard. BUT... Is there access close to the water in his area? It doesn't say. Was there a path or another way to get to the water? Doesn't say. Living in the East Bay area, we all should be able to access the water easily, and completely. Not just in certain areas, unless the shore is owned privately?? We shouldn't need a boat as the only way to access our shoreline. And lets face it, those clams are so good, I'd walk through barbed wire to get a few myself. Where exactly is this area so we all know where to did for clams?? I doesn't say.

He's worked two different stints at East Bay Newspapers, for a total of 18 years with the company so far. He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
