I am very grateful that at least the majority of the City Council listened to Alba Curti's input! Why Ward 4 Coucilwoman Rossi did not, is beyond me. Who better to give an accurate account and appraisal of what should or shouldn't be done than the former head of that department?? Does Ms. Rossi presume to know more about how that department worked (s) than Alba Curti who was there dor so may years and did a GREAT job too? Oh, I am all for consildation, but 1st it should make sense and save money. This did neither. We could do a lot with $11,000.00, I know I could. Advice to all City Council people, change for changes sake makes no sense. Change for the better and saving money, makes sense to every taxpayer in this City. What does Ward 4 Coucnil person know that the rest of us don't? Maybe she should share that knowledge.
