I think "A&R Marine" should be given the permission immediately. I do not understand this thing with "Medley". First he says he is done with now he is not. Something smells here. Was this just to so Medley could get the $800,000 from Bristol for the dock and the taxpayers so we are now responsible for the dock? We all know the dock is crap. If he is going to keep running it, he should have the dock sale rescinded and forfeit the money back to the taxpayers of Bristol. All sounds like a scam to me? Anyone else see this as somewhat strange, considering the windfall he got by merely saying he was quitting and gets $800,000 of out taxpayers pockets and now he suddenly will not be retiring the business?
