Clearly, military sexual trauma is a systemic issue. As with clergy sex abuse, victims are systematically victimized by the institution the expect to be able to trust. Congratulations, Bristol Town Council, for joining such besmirched company, for dragging your town into the gutter, for making it another victimizing system, and for having the audacity to further victimize a particular individual. Congratulations, too, EastBayRI.com for breaches of journalistic ethics and practice, supporting the confusion of many that Internet journalism is not "real journalism."
