A revised version of S38 authored by Sen. Nesselbush allows for gay couples to marry while also recognizing protections for religious organizations that may oppose the measure.

My question is this, will it also protect those people who object on personal religious grounds, for example wedding photographers, or wedding venues. These people in other states have been sued by gay couples for refusing to participate in gay weddings.
