GUILTY IN THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION

"filing a false document with a public official" - although technically a misdemeanor, it was an attempt to cover her tracks, trying to hide malfeasance. She knew, or at least suspected, that her actions were questionable.

Even if found not guilty, which I doubt, she will certainly lose her town gig and hopefully, more importantly, her pension. Not to worry Tony, she can still live pretty comfortably on her husband's police pension (paid with the sweat of the Bristol taxpayer).
