Report Inappropriate Comments

This sounds great but what happens when the school district decides that it's taxes need to go up faster and faster than the community may welcome?

Who or what if anyone or anything will oversee the School District's tax control? We need another $2 million and that is that?

Without some definitive answers on that this is some HUGE shift in power.
