I can't imagine bail for either. As a kid that grew up in Bristol and participated in all the activities mentioned, I have a deep sympathy for the victims and their families.
As a parent of a child that interacted with one of the Perry's during that period, the thought that mine could be a silent victim churns my stomach daily. Maybe the parents will POST bail for the two of you!
