I have to agree with you Ms. Silva. For the last two year's that councilman Rose has been on the city council he always mentions how much his family has done for this city. So the residents should be greatfull to the Rose family for all they did for us.

1. Brought A-Towing from a family friend. Not sure why we never seen poppa Rose come before the city council to get the license transferred as required by law. He' owned the company for about a year now.

2. Councilman Rose never got a real opinion from the ethics commission on driving for the tow company while sitting on the city council, all the time his family benefits from this.

3. Poppa Rose lives in Seekonk and still owes thousand of dollars in back taxes to the City of East Providence, on the many properties he owns. Which his son the councilman manages for him.

4. Voted against the sale of fire works in tents, because his family owns store front property, which would push the vendors to rent from the Rose family.

5. Voted in favor of four year terms for council members with the words "NO RECALL" being omitted. Four year terms for school committee members.

This is Councilman's Rose intelligence side that drives the passion to get our city back on track, on the backs of the resident taxpayers.

Now that is accountability according to the Rosé house of knowledge.
