Mr. Mahoney wants a copy of the BCWA organizational chart?

Wowie, Mr. Mahoney, that's some war ya got goin' there. What's next on the battle plan, throwing toilet paper into the trees in front of the BCWA's offices? Making yourself an administrative nightmare to the BCWA isn't going to win a cap-gun fight, let alone a "war".

My $0.02 for Mr. Dickervitz: It would have been sorta spiffy if you had requested a copy of the specifications in question from Ms. Marchand and confirmed whether the specification called for the pipe to be covered with sand or rocks. If Ms. Marchand couldn't provide the spec, that would tell us all something. If Ms. Marchand did provide the spec, it would have allowed the readers to conclude who was right/wrong in this exchange. Regardless, some reference to the reporter's attempt to obtain a copy of the spec that seems central to the email/war/news article would have helped.
