And for those of you who like to act intelligent by posting past legal findings in favor of recording police incidents, please post one that reads where non-compliance to the commands of the authority figure in question while video taping said authority figure, is acceptable and non-criminal. I can't seem to find that one anywhere. Mr. Machado is not a victim of assault, he is a victim of his own stupidity and ignorance.
