"A caller complained of a landscaper throwing dirt into the road at Metacom Avenue and Chestnut Street"

"A caller on Peck Avenue was concerned that an unknown man was riding a bike by the house at about 7:30 p.m"

"Officers responded to a number of animal complaints Sunday, including roadkill, loose dogs, and a barking dog tied to a bumper."

Obviously dangerous situations that so concerned citizens that they felt compelled to call the police.
