Benjamin F. Lewis 95, of Tiverton, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2017. Born in Tiverton, he was the son of the late Elsie Lewis Hall.
Mr.Lewis had worked as a carpenter for Williams Sullivan. He had served in the US Navy during World War II as a coxswain.
He was a member of the Viking Riders Motorcycle Club and the Tiverton Senior Center.
He is survived by his children, Norma Jean Lewis and Be Lewis, along with two grandchildren, five great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. He was the father of the late Roger Lewis. He also leaves many brothers and sisters, three deceased.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 29, at the Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home, 462 Main Road, Tiverton, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
