Celebrates completion of new office building

PORTSMOUTH — Ocean State Air Solutions (OSA) will host the next “Portsmouth Business Association After Hours” event from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, July 25.

The event, free and open to the public, coincides with OSA’s completion of its new office building at 3076 East Main Road.

Guests are invited to meet local business owners and tour the building, which was completed in June. Light refreshments will be served.

“We are thrilled to be in our new building and excited to point out the many energy-efficient features in the office, warehouse, and showroom,” said Craig Clark, OSA owner. “It’s a milestone year for us, as it’s also the 20th anniversary of our business. There has been a great deal of interest in our new building and we look forward to showing it to the community.”

Founded in 2004 by Craig and Mary Beth Clark, OSA has 29 employees and is a member of the Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce. The company provides sustainable heating and cooling solutions to residential and commercial properties throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.

The locally owned HVAC company has ample parking.

Attendees are invited to bring canned goods for the St. John’s Lodge Food Bank, located on Sprague Street.
