Letter: The unvaccinated are putting everyone’s safety at risk

Posted

Dear unvaccinated friends, you need to understand that every unvaccinated human body is a sanctuary for the coronavirus. It’s a safe place where the virus can rest, grow, multiply, and unfortunately mutate.

Later, it will emerge and try to kill you, your kids, your grandkids and anyone else you care about who remains unvaccinated. And it will be your fault because either you have been filled with disinformation and won’t get yourself some real medical advice or you’re afraid of a little needle.

Please — for all our sakes — go get your shots. Your vaccination will contribute to herd immunity and help stop mutations. At a minimum, you'll help prevent the kind of mask and distance and closure restrictions we went through last year.
