Letter: Knights thank residents for Kandi Drive support

Posted

To the editor:

The Knights of Columbus, Rooney Council 3618, located in Portsmouth, would like to thank all the people of Portsmouth for their overwhelming generosity during our annual Kandi Drive held at Clements’ Marketplace on Friday, May 19, and Saturday, May 20.

One hundred percent of the proceeds will support Special Olympics and The Maher Center and through your efforts, over $1,500 will be donated to these two great causes.

Again, thank you for not only this effort, but your support of our organization.
