PORTSMOUTH — Fourth-graders at Hathaway Elementary School are moving on, and they were celebrated in style last week.
The school hosted a “Stepping Up” ceremony on the blacktop to honor fourth-graders who are advancing to Portsmouth Middle School or elsewhere in the fall.
