Westport Rivers Vineyard and Winery intends to reopen soon with sunset concerts but without tastings and tours.
“We have been anxiously awaiting the governor's orders and have spent the past few days establishing a plan for our re-opening,” the vineyard said in an email. “We are still working with town officials in Westport on the details however we feel that we will be able to accept visitors very soon. “
“After discussions with the Board of Health and developing our logistics plans to keep everyone safe and healthy, Sunset Music has been postponed until July 3. We will sill have a full season with the three June shows re-scheduled to Saturdays in August.” Tickets purchased for the June shows will be automatically refunded.
Organizers are still working out capacity details so for the time being tickets will not on be on sale. Season passes purchased earlier will be valid for all shows “however we will be instituting an RSVP system (more details will be sent later this week). “

“As it stands now we will not be hosting tours and tastings for the foreseeable future however we hope to announce wine/beer by the glass and your ability to relax on our lawn (socially distanced of course) very soon.”
