Man charged with assaulting Tiverton police officer

A walk-in from Main Road reported fraud at 12:27 p.m.

A caller from Tiverton Liquors on Main Road reported vandalism at 12:35 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 13

Tremayne B. Perry-Camara, 21, no address given, of Fall River, was charged with possession of a Schedule I to V controlled substance (10 grams or less) after police investigated a call for a suspicious person at the Bank of Newport North on Main Road at 3:27 a.m.

A walk-in from Warren Avenue reported fraud at 2:21 p.m.

A caller from Fairfield Avenue reported a neighbor dispute at 3:36 p.m.

Dylan J. Dupre, 19, of 11 Gurney Road, East Freetown, Mass., was charged with simple assault and/or battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest at the Tiverton Casino Hotel at 9:22 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 14

A 911 caller from Main Road reported an accident at 2:44 p.m. At least one person was injured.

A 911 caller from Summit Avenue reported a suspicious person at 9:01 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 15

A caller from Clement Street filed a noise complaint at 2:33 a.m.

Jason A. Neves Jr., 24, of 422 Huttleston Ave., Fairhaven, Mass., was charged with possession of more than one ounce of marijuana (first offense) after police investigated a suspicious vehicle at the intersection of Walnut Street and Clement Street at 2:48 a.m.

A walk-in from Main Road reported fraud at 10:42 a.m.

Dean T. Racicot, 54, of 68 Pershing Ave., was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked/canceled license (third or subsequent offense) after police pulled him over on Stafford Road at 2:24 p.m.

Police were called to assist with casino ejections at 2:25 p.m.

Antonio O. Whitfield, 34, of 65 Broad St., Apt. 3, Attleboro, was charged with domestic simple assault and/or battery (first offense) after police responded to a domestic incident on Mill Street at 5:07 p.m.

A walk-in from Crandall Road reported an accident at 5:55 p.m.

A caller from Highland Court reported a weapons violation at 6:13 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 16

A walk-in from East Road reported a scam at 7:13 a.m.

Police investigated a larceny at Tiverton Casino Hotel on Tiverton Casino Boulevard at 8:39 a.m.

A caller from Prospect Hill Road asked police to check o the welfare of a resident at 6:55 p.m.

Brandon S. Gomes, 37, of 37 Ethel St., New Bedford, was charged with assaulting a police officer/other official, three counts of simple assault and/or battery, disorderly conduct, trespassing, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, and resisting arrest after police were called about a disorderly person at Tiverton Casino Hotel at 9:16 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 17

A walk-in from Canonicus Street reported larceny at 10:34 a.m.

A 911 caller from Bucks Way reported a disturbance at 11:31 a.m.

Claudino Correia, 35, of 2269 Main St., Apt. S, Fall River, was charged with simple assault and/or battery after police responded to the Tiverton Casino Hotel for an assault call at 3:59 p.m.

A 911 caller from the Essex Library on Roosevelt Avenue reported larceny at 4:12 p.m.

A 911 caller from Rock Street reported a burglary/breaking and entering at 6:41 p.m.

A caller from Main Road reported an erratic driver at 7:40 p.m.

Police responded to a hit and run accident at the Tiverton Casino Hotel at 8:13 p.m.

A 911 caller from Tower Hill Road reported burglary/breaking and entering at 11:09 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 18

Daniel R. Bouchard, 22, of 104 Ray St., Fall River, was charged with DUI of liquor— BAC unknown (first offense) after police pulled him over on Hooper Street at 3:46 a.m.

A caller from Mill Street reported vandalism at 8:50 a.m.

A caller from Cumberland reported vandalism at the Weetamoo Woods East Road entrance at 2:05 p.m.

A walk-in from Pocasset School on Main Road reported a suspicious vehicle at 8:18 p.m.
