Monday, Feb. 3
A stray dog was picked at 10:58 a.m. up off Pachet Brook Road and taken to West Place Animal Sanctuary in Tiverton.
An Amesbury Lane resident reported dirt bikes on her property at 1:09 p.m. Police spoke to one of the riders.
Tuesday, Feb. 4
A caller notified police at at 6:45 p.m. that her boyfriend’s mother had laid hands on her.
Wednesday, Feb. 5
After a 1:29 p.m. motor vehicle stop on Main Road near Colebrook Road, police arrested Paul J. Crepeau, 36, of Fall River on charges of obstructing a police officer and driving without a license.
Friday, Feb. 7
An East Main Road resident reported a bite to a dog from an unknown source.
At 3:47 p.m., a tree fell across Long Highway blocking a bus and leaving it no room to turn around. A car then backed into the bus — no injuries.
At 6:02 p.m.,, a tree fell and took down wires at the corner of Long Highway and Peckham Road.
Sunday, Feb. 9
A Portsmouth motorist was cited for driving with a suspended license on West Main Road at 10:57 a.m.
Police were called to the Simmons Mill Pond parking lot off Colebrook Road for a
report of two disoriented or intoxicated males about a quarter mile down the trail.
