With respect to recent articles and commentaries regarding the Revolution Wind project off the Rhode Island coast, I have a few questions that seem pretty obvious — and yet are proving difficult to find the answers to.

What is the total project cost of the ~ 100 turbines Revolution wind is proposing off the RI coast?

What is the funding mechanism beyond pre-construction expenses?

Who are the bankers or financial advisors for the project?

Who are the lawyers representing Revolution Wind?

Will electricity ratepayers in Rhode Island pay a price if, for whatever reason, the Revolution Wind farm does not perform as billed; whether it be for operational or environmental reasons?

How have the 5 Block Island turbines performed relative to projections?

When comparing a field of 5 towers with a height of 589 feet each off of Block Island to a 100 Tower Field from Revolution Wind with a height of 875 feet each - are any of the metrics used to project expected future performance based on Block Island 5 even relevant?

Why won’t Ørsted (the developer) reveal how much money will be put in reserve for decommissioning?

As many have asked - why not walk before one runs? With maybe just 10 turbines as the walking part.  Block Island five is the crawling part.

When will a scientific report regarding the cause of Whales beaching off the coasts of New Jersey/New York in unprecedented numbers be made available to the public?

If these questions are to be answered truthfully, is there an independent source?
