David A. Cordeiro, 67, formerly of Little Compton
David A. Cordeiro of Land O’ Lakes, Florida, formerly of Little Compton and Fall River, passed away in May, 2019, at home. He was in his 67th year.,
Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Arthur and Virginia (Manchester) Cordeiro.
David was a graduate of Tiverton High School and was a member of the Rhode Island National Guard. He owned and operated Street Cars Ltd. for many years on Route 6 in Westport.
David was a NASCAR fan and a motorcyclist, traveling out west during his retirement.
He is survived by a daughter, Crystal Brogan of East Providence; two brothers, Jason Cordeiro of Ferndale, Wash., and Edward L. Cordeiro of Tiverton; two sisters, Darlene M. Silva of Fall River and Jeanne M. Thurston of Tiverton, and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Francis W. Cordeiro and Robert A. Cordeiro.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 25, at 3 p.m. in Our Lady of Fatima Cemetery, Little Compton. Funeral arrangements are by Fern Acres Funeral Home, Little Compton.
