Letter: Focus on Trump’s positives, or our corrupt state

I am writing in response to Arlene Violet’s column, “Republicans need to get with the program.”

Instead of focusing on the negative (mostly perceived) of President Trump, I suggest they try focusing on the positive things he has done ... In spite of all the negative media he gets.

Maybe Ms. Violet should train her “verbal guns” on the corrupt swamp presently running this beautiful state (R.I.) She is right about one thing. She probably will be scorned by President Trump supporters ... and she deserves it!
