Summer stories at Whitehorne House Museum

Newport's Whitehorne House Museum will be hosting a summer story program on Fridays from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. through August 26. Kids can listen to a storybook reading and complete a themed craft every week. This event is free for all families with children under 12, and especially recommended for children aged pre-k to first grade. 

WHAT: Summer stories for kids 

WHERE: Whitehorne House Museum, 416 Thames Street, Newport, RI 02840 

WHEN: Every Friday through August 26 from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

ADMISSION: Free admission to the museum from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. for families with children under 12 during summer stories days.
