Stephen W. Hayes, 81, of Quincy, Mass. and formerly of Barrington, RI, died Monday, Feb. 15, 2021.
Born in New Britain, Ct., he leaves three sons, Ted Hayes of Bristol, RI, John Hayes of Medford, Ma. and Daniel McGuire and his wife Jeanne of Shrewsbury, Mass.; and a daughter, Margaret M. Correia of Barrington. He also leaves the McGuires' children, Daniel McGuire Jr. of Dallas, Tx. and Melissa McGuire of Worcester, Ma.; and a nephew, Tim Egan of Huntington Beach, Ca.
Steve was a fan of baseball, particularly the Boston Red Sox, and had a great golf swing in his youth. May he finally be free.
