Irene DeSalvo, 97, of Bristol passed away in Bristol on Wednesday, June 23, 2021.
Born in Bristol, she was the daughter of the late Carmine and Mary (Aiello) DeSalvo.
In addition to her parents, Irene was also predeceased by her siblings: Madge DeSalvo and William DiSalvo.
She is survived by her nieces, Arlene DiSalvo of Bristol, R.I. and Ann Marie DiSalvo of Newport, R.I.; her niece, Estelle Dubuc and her husband Paul of Portsmouth, R.I.; and a great-niece, Emma McKinney, and great-nephews, Nathan Dubuc and Tyler Dubuc.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 28, 2021, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State St., Bristol. Burial follows at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Activities Fund at Dawn Hill Rehabilitation Center, 1 Dawn Hill Road, Bristol, RI 02809.
