Darlene A. Valentine, 62, of Bristol

Darlene A. Valentine, 62, passed away at her Bristol home on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. She was the companion of Paul Rizzo.

Born in Chelsea, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Richard and Charlotte (Hardick) Salie.

Darlene worked as a Residential Supervisor at Looking Upwards. In her free time she enjoyed reading, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Darlene is survived by her children: Jennifer L. Valentine (Michael Viele), Jill E. Valentine, Kenneth R. Valentine; her grandchildren: Dianna Viele, Milo Viele, Finnick Viele, Christian Valentine, Elouise Valentine, Kennedy Valentine; and her brother, Dennis Taliaferro.

In death she is reunited with her parents.

Visiting hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, at Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood St., Bristol.
