More than a dozen local students received scholarship money during a special event hosted by the Community Scholarship Fund of Barrington recently.

Audrey McCarthy, Anja Schneider, Oskar Schnippering, Adriana Vital, Catherine Darling, Shannon Farrell, Aidan Gasbarro, Anya Voshchullo, Izabella Voshchullo, Mackenzie Whittaker, Gabriel Arriagada, Theresa Barry, and Catherine Lonardo each received scholarships, which will help defray the cost of college.
