A security officer at the former Zion Bible College property in Barrington called police after spotting some juveniles trespassing.
Police responded and found three teenagers — boys, ages 15 and 16 — fleeing from the property. Police apprehended one of the boys, who then gave up the names of his two friends who managed to flee.
Police caught up with all the boys issued them no trespass orders for the Zion property. Police are still considering charging the teenagers.
Just a day later, officials from a cellular carrier company told police that some electrical equipment that had been located at the former Zion Bible College property had been thrown out a window and damaged. The equipment was valued at $8,000. Police did not say if the incidents were related.
