Our dear Geoffrey Allan Hall passed away Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021 at the age of 67 in Fort Smith, Ark. Geoff was born on July 27, 1953 in Passaic, NJ to George A. Hall and Virginia Ruhl Hall.

Growing up in Stratford, Conn., then Barrington, RI, he graduated from Barrington High School where he was very active in chorus and band. He was also active in DeMolay of RI, and became State Master Counselor from 1972 to 1973. Geoff earned a bachelors degree in business from Johnson & Wales College.

On June 14, 1975, Geoff married Deborah Berry. From there they embarked on a journey through 45 years of marriage.

Geoff worked for most of his career in sales, specializing in building and construction products. His work and gift of gab took his family from Rhode Island to Houston, to Alabama and Arkansas. In 2017, they settled in Fort Smith, Ark. to live close to their daughter and family where he became “Pop” to all the neighborhood children. His faith in God and Jesus Christ was strong and carried him through many challenges. He loved meeting people and making friends. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, friend and mentor to many.

Geoff is survived by his wife, Debbie, his daughter, Lindsey Estell (Steven), 3 grandchildren, Parker, Quinn and Bo Estell. He is also survived by his sister, Susan Rennagel (William), brother, Ronald Hall (Paige), 3 nieces, 2 nephews and many grandnieces and nephews. The family will conduct a private memorial service in Fort Smith at a later date.
