According to the Narragansett Council Scouting America, Millspaugh has served in various roles such as the organizational representative for Troop 46 Barrington, chapter advisor for Tulpe Lodge, and as a committee member for multiple units.

Millspaugh has led numerous environmental and community service projects, including playground renovations, community gardens and support for orphanages.

He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
