Barrington High School girls lacrosse defeated Middletown 21-6 at Victory Field on Monday night, April 25.
The win improved the Eagles’ record to 5-0 as they prepare for a big showdown on Thursday — Barrington travels to Moses Brown to take on the undefeated Quakers Thursday. The game starts at 4:15 p.m.
Barrington has dominated most of their competition up until this point in the season. The Eagles opened with a 19-3 win over Cumberland and cruised to victories over East Greenwich (13-6) and LaSalle (17-3). Barrington moved to 4-0 with a 15-14 win over Lincoln School on April 18.
The Eagles are likely to face a tough test on Thursday. The Quakers are 5-0 this season (prior to Tuesday’s game against South Kingstown), having outscored their competition 97-37 through the first five games.
