Ann (Daniello) Hoag, 55, of Barrington

Ann (Daniello) Hoag, 55, of New Meadow Road, Barrington, died unexpectedly on Aug. 17, 2021 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College, Pennsylvania. She was the beloved wife of William K. Hoag.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Lawrence R. Daniello and Phyllis C. (Corrado) Daniello, she was a lifelong resident of Barrington.

Mrs. Hoag was a school psychologist for the Somerset Public School Department for the past 15 years. 

Ann graduated from Barrington High School, Class of 1984, University of Rhode Island, Class of 1988, and she then went on to Rhode Island College, where she earned a Master’s Degree.

Mrs. Hoag was a communicant of St. Luke Church. She was active in the Barrington hockey community and enjoyed traveling and spending time with her loving family.

Besides her husband of twenty-three years, she is survived by her children, Katherine A. Hoag and Timothy K. Hoag, both of Barrington; two sisters, Adriana L. Coury and her husband Kenneth of Barrington, and Angela M. Masi of Barrington; a brother, Peter C. Daniello and his wife Deborah of Barrington, and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister-in-law of the late Donald Masi.

Her funeral was held on Wednesday, Aug. 25, from the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home, 350 Willett Ave., Riverside, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Luke Church, Washington Road, Barrington. Burial followed in Forest Chapel Cemetery, Nayatt Road, Barrington.
