Eagles travel to Smithfield and return with 67-44 victory

The Barrington High School boys basketball team traveled to Smithfield on Monday night and knocked down nine three-point field goals en route to a 67-44 victory. 

Alex Anderson scored seven of his 16 points in the second quarter, as the Eagles used a 13-4 run to take a 30-17 advantage into halftime.

From there, Caleb Satisfield scored 16 of his game-high 26 in the third period to allow the Eagles’ a 52-31 margin after 24 minutes. Satisfield made three shots from long distance and added two break-away dunks. Anderson also swished three three-pointers. Ryan Realejo added two trifectas and netted eight points. Brady White was next with seven. Ryan Rigamonti scored four points and Colin McDermott drilled the ninth and final shot from outside the arc and finished with three points. Cooper Johnson scored two points and Sam Tostes had one, rounding out the scoring. 

The Eagles improved to 6-0 and will host LaSalle on Thursday at 7 p.m.
