Letter: Is Warren trying to beat me down?

Posted

To the editor:
I'm disappointed that mistakes made by town hall have pushed back the medical marijuana zoning amendment once again. At this point, how can I not feel as if it is purposeful? More than a year's worth of effort and I'm tired. And then to have someone from the town question my motives after I mention "every day without being able to open business is costing me money." It is insulting that someone questions that my efforts to help people in need are financially motivated. If that was the case, why would I bother to do all this instead of just hiding in the black market?
I'm just disgusted in the whole thing. They can only try to wear me down and hope I give up. Clearly they underestimate me.
