Joseph DePasquale was the only member of the Warren Town Council to vote against allowing residents to pay their taxes with a credit card. The request came from Warren Town Treasurer Cheryl Silva. She said residents have been asking for the option, coming to her office in droves to request the use of credit cards as opposed to checks or cash to pay town balances. more
