University of Denver lacrosse player Molly Little of Tiverton won a pair of awards last week — Big East Player of the Week and Inside Lacrosse National Reverent Player of the Week. The junior midfielder has started in all 14 contests this season for Denver, posting two assists, two points, five ground balls, seven draws and four caused turnovers on Friday in a critical win over Marquette. She has totaled 24 caused turnovers and 54 draw controls on the year, ranking second on the team in the respective categories. She played her high school lacrosse at Tabor Academy.
