PORTSMOUTH — All tickets for Jim Garman’s lecture tonight, March 7, about the Portsmouth Compact and the town’s founding, have been taken. The lecture starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Portsmouth Free Library.
But don’t fret. Due to the high demand, according to the Portsmouth 375th steering committee, a second free lecture has been added for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at the library.
Tickets for this second lecture are now available at the library and will be issued on a first-come basis. Reserve your tickets by calling the library at 683-9457.
The committee also plans to videotape Mr. Garman’s lectures and have them available on YouTube and other media sources.
